How do I return an item?

Refunds & Exchanges 21 Day Return Policy - Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 21 days of the date received for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Shipping costs, including International, Express and Overnight Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items or items purchased with discount codes, coupons or gift certificates can be exchanged or refunded for sale price, less the discounts, coupons, and shipping costs. Clearance items are final sale and are non-returnable. Item(s) must be returned in the original, brand new condition. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, altered, cleaned and without odors (smoke, perfumes, deodorant, sweat, pet, etc). All tags must be attached and in original condition along with poly bag. Returns will be accepted at our discretion.

Returns must include an Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact customer service by email or phone to receive an RA number. Package your return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Insure your package for the value of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for lost packages or missing items and all claims must be made by you (the sender). Returned items without a return form or order number may not be processed. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3 days to process all returns. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please Note: Your financial institution may take several business days to post and credit this transaction to your account once they have received this information from ChicTique.

Exchanges Same Cost Exchanges - Follow the directions above, filling out the return/exchange form provided. Once your return is processed, we will notify you via e-mail. We will apply the credit from your return towards the exchanged item and ship it out to you. A charge of $5.00 for domestic shipping will be charged for the exchange through original payment method. You will be notified prior to this charge. If your exchanged item is out of stock by the time your return is received, a refund will be issued.

Assured/Faster Exchanges To assure that the item you want to exchange is not sold out by the time we receive your return, you may also purchase the new item and return the item you have for a refund.
