Refused Shipments If you choose to refuse any shipments from chictiquedesigns.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, customs and fees levied by the destination country on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to chictiquedesigns.com, along with a 10% administrative fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
